How do I Return & Exchange an item?

1. CHECK

Check the Clinique Returns Policy below to ensure you qualify for a return


2. CHOOSE

Choose whether you’d like to return your product in store or have it picked up. For full or partial returns, you will be refunded to the value of your purchase. For full or partial exchanges, we will assist you with returning the order, and placing a new order or in store purchase.


3. COME IN

Go to our FIND STORES page to locate a Clinique store near you. You must bring the products, along with the invoice and a valid ID card.


4. CONTACT US

Or you can CONTACT US to arrange a pick up. If you have any queries about our returns policy or eligibility, or to request a return, please call us on 18002102777 or email us at CUSTOMERCARE@CLINIQUE.IN within 15 days of receipt of order.

Clinique Return Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible cosmetic products. If you feel that the products you have received from our online store do not meet this commitment, or you changed your mind, simply return the unused product and we will refund you with the full amount of the purchase price.

In accordance with global retail industry standards, and for the safety of our consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products which appear to be opened, tried, or used.

We will not accept returns of products if their complete packaging, labels or stickers are missing.

We will accept returns of any products received by you in a damaged or faulty condition and offer you a full refund of the purchase price.

All orders, including faulty or damaged products must be returned within 15 days of receipt of our order.

If any purchase also had a gift(s) or sample(s) with it, return of the product will be accepted only along with the gift(s) or sample(s) received with it.

Mode of refund

For payments made via debit or credit card, the payment will be refunded to the same debit or credit card. In case you are returning the product in the store, you must carry the same debit or credit card to the store.

For cash on delivery payments – We will contact you via email to share your bank details. We will then initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount, within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Thank you for contacting Clinique customer services.We offer free returns for all products on the Clinique site, but not longer than 15 days after they have been received.
